Cancellation and Returns Policy

At Stylish Bean Bags we endevour to supply top quality bean bags however we do appreciate that sometimes customers have the need to return items to us. Our cancellation and returns policies are in place to give you peace of mind when purchasing from us.

One of the most common reason for customers returning products to us is because the bean bags are bigger than anticipated. In this instance we aim to work with you to overcome the problem as soon as possible, ensuring that you are happy with your beanbag.


If you would like to cancel your order, for any reason, you may do so up to 28 days after the date of dispatch - provided that the product is in a saleable condition.

It is your responsibility to return the item to us and any cost of returning the item will be met by you. We can provide a collection service to collect the goods however we will be entitled to charge you for this collection. The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company. Once the return is complete, the original cost of the goods will be refunded to you.

It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss,charges,and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.

Defective Products

We aim to limit the number of defects in our goods by employing strict quality assurance policies and defects are extremely rare. Should a product prove to be faulty or you have received the wrong item from ourselves, we will not charge a handling fee. Provided the item is returned by you within a 28 day period, we will refund the cost of returning the goods back to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Quality Control Note: Our products are continually checked throughout the manufacturing process and checked again by our quality control personnel, immediately before leaving the factory.
